New Patients

How Your Visit Begins

For your first visit, bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if you have one), and your completed New Patient Forms. Once we have those, we’ll get you settled and ready to go, no waiting around, just a smooth start to your visit.

A Look at Your First Appointment

Meeting Dr. Larson

You’ll meet Dr. Larson, talk through what brought you in, and discuss any concerns you may have. He takes additional time with each patient to carefully listen to your pain-points, goals, and explains what he sees in a way that’s clear and easy to understand.

A Closer Look

We may take X-rays, photographs, and a close look at your teeth and gums, all at a pace that lets you follow along and ask questions anytime. Before you leave, we’ll review recommended care, discuss timing and cost, and make sure you understand all your options and the next steps.

Financial Information

Insurance and Billing

We accept most insurance plans and will gladly file claims for you, even if you are out of network. As long as your plan allows you to choose your dentist, we can help with reimbursement paperwork. If you prefer care without the limits of insurance, our in-house membership plan offers a simple way to manage your routine visits and receive discounts on treatment.
